Best Friend's Rhubarb Pie

2 cups rhubarb, cut thin
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Dash salt
1 egg, beaten
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter

Mix together rhubarb, sugar, flour, salt and egg and pour into pie shell. Top with mixture of brown sugar, flour and butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I have also used peaches or blueberries instead of the rhubarb.
