Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
FROSTING:
1 stick butter
1 box (16 ounces) powdered sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well; add carrots, coconut, nuts and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cream together frosting ingredients. Frost carrot cake when cooled.
