Patted Pie Crust

This crust is so simple and foolproof that even the most inexperienced bakers will have people raving about their DELICIOUS pies!

1/4 cup margarine
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut margarine into Bisquick until crumbly. Add water and stir until a ball of dough forms. Press and pat dough into bottom and up the sides of an 8- or 9-inch ungreased pie pan. Prick with a fork 5 or 6 times. Bake for about 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
