Oven Steak Dinner

6 strips bacon
1 round steak, medium
Flour
2 tablespoons oil
4 white potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper

Place 3 strips bacon on bottom of a 4-quart Dutch oven. Cut steak in bite size pieces and flour. In a separate frying pan, brown meat in oil. Put on top of bacon, add potatoes and onion. Add carrots next and place last three strips of bacon on top. Place cover on Dutch oven and bake for 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
