Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper taste
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1-1/2 tubes of Ritz crackers
1 stick (1/4 pound) butter, melted
Additional poppy seeds for topping

Instructions

Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers over casserole. Pour melted butter over crumbs and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
