Easy Festive Dip

3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded cheese
Wheat crackers or tortilla chips

Blend cottage cheese and salsa in blender or food processor. Add cream cheese and continue blending. Stir in shredded cheese by hand. Spread on crackers and garnish with olives, cheese chunks or fresh vegetables. May also be used as a dip for tortilla chips. Store in refrigerator.
