5-6 pound rolled beef roast
1 tablespoon rosemary
8 cloves garlic
1-1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 cup parsley
2 cans beef bouillon
1/2 to 3/4 tablespoon red pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Put roast and other ingredients in large kettle or roaster and bake at 350 degrees for about two hours. Chill 4-5 hours or overnight. Strain the broth. Slice the roast thin and warm with broth to serve.
