Holiday Sugar Free Apple Pie

Double pie crust recipe
6 to 8 cups apples
1 package (3 ounces) sugar free vanilla pudding
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 pats of butter or margarine
Dash of salt

Mix apples, pudding, cinnamon and salt all together. Put in pie crust and add four pats of butter or margarine. Put top crust on and dab with milk or cream and sprinkle with diet sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. It will get golden brown.
