Tuna Salad Pita Triangles

Ingredients

1 package pita bread
2 cans Albacore tuna
1/2 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 tablespoon dill weed
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon crushed caraway seed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
6 eggs, hard-boiled
Paprika

Instructions

Toast pita bread after cutting into triangles in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. Drain tuna and mix in remaining ingredients, except eggs. Cover triangles with tuna mixture. Place sliced eggs on top of each pita triangle. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
