Molded Fish Salad

Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
2 cans tuna, shrimp or crab, or 1 can salmon
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 small or 1 large cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup cold water
Salt and lemon juice can be added

Instructions

Heat soup, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Soak gelatin in cold water and add to hot mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mold.
