Chocolate Chip Muffins

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Beat egg, add sour cream and add to flour mixture. Add milk and oil, stirring only until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins
