Corned Beef Casserole

1 can (12 ounces) corned beef
1 box (7 ounces) uncooked small elbow macaroni
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1 cup crushed potato chips

Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed potato chips over top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
