Squash Casserole

Ingredients

4 cups yellow and zucchini squash, sliced
1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place squash and small amount of water in a saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Transfer to a greased 11x7- inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
