Barbecue Meatballs

5 ounces evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups oatmeal
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Salt to taste
2 pounds ground beef
Sauce:
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water

Pour evaporated milk over oatmeal and let stand five minutes. Add eggs, garlic salt and ground beef. Shape into balls.
Place in ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour out any grease and cover with barbecue sauce. Bake 40 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
