Spinach Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
12 ounces Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup flour

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and squeeze out excess water. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 7x11-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 1-1/2 inch squares. Makes 24 squares.
