Aunt Kernan's Beef Dip

1 bunch scallions (green onions)
8 ounces cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 packages of Budding dried beef
Garlic salt

In medium mixing bowl, add cream of mushroom soup, softened cream cheese and lots of garlic salt. Mix with electric hand mixer until creamy. Cut up the scallions and Budding beef in small pieces and add to the mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors blend. Use with chips, crackers or vegetables.
