Corn Country Corn Bread

Ingredients

8 ounces plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup enriched corn meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Beat together yogurt, oil and egg. Combine remaining ingredients and add to yogurt mixture. Mix well. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
