2 cups mashed yams
1 large banana
1-1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
Milk, as needed
Heat oven to 500 degrees. Mash yams and banana in large bowl. Add butter, egg and salt. Add enough milk to make potatoes fluffy, if needed.
Force through pastry bag or drop in one-inch rounds, two inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes until heated and slightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
