Yummy Carrots

12 medium-size carrots
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
2 cups bread crumbs

Cook carrots in salted water. Cook onion in butter, blend in flour and milk slowly. Add seasonings, cook until thick. Add cheese and top with bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degree in 8x11-inch pan.
