Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients

1 cabbage, cut up
3 strips of bacon, cut up
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
Potato chips or crushed Corn Flakes

Instructions

Cook cabbage with cut up bacon in small amount of water for about 10 minutes. Drain well. Cook cheese, milk, flour, and butter until thick and smooth. After cabbage is well drained, place in buttered 9x13-inch pan. Add half of cheese mixture. Repeat with another layer of cabbage and remaining cheese mixture. Top with crushed potato chips or crushed corn flakes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
