Peanut Butter Crinkles

Ingredients

1 cup butter-flavored Crisco
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

Cream Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Blend flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls (or you can use round cookie scoop). Roll in sugar and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
