Onion Dip

Comment on this recipe

I received this recipe from a very good friend who lives in Colorado and is an onion farmer, with 300 acres of onions. She said it is an old recipe that has been passed down through the years. It's very tasty and easy to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups chopped sweet onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup white cheddar cheese (Vermont)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 dashes Tabasco
Fritos

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and place in a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir before serving. Serve with Frito Scoops.
