Berry Sorbet

1 bag (20-ounces) frozen strawberries
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Pour frozen fruit into food processor with knife blade and pulse until shaved. Scrape sides, add yogurt, sugar and lemon juice and pulse until smooth. It's ready to serve immediately or can be frozen for later. Makes 4 servings.
