Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Tastes like stuffed cabbage! Yummy!

Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup rice (not instant)
2 cans tomato soup
1-1/2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Put in cabbage, onion, meat and rice. Mix soup and water with seasoning. Pour over the cabbage. Bake, covered, for 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Grated cheese can be added before serving if desired.
