Roast with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup celery, chopped
2/3 cup onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons brown mustard, such as Boetje's
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cans tomato soup
3 pounds beef arm roast
3 tablespoons corn starch

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except meat and cornstarch in large bowl. Pour over meat in a roasting pan and cover. Cook until meat is tender. Take roast out of pan. Heat and stir in 3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water into barbecue sauce to thicken, stirring constantly. Serve over meat and mashed potatoes.
