Orange Salad

May use a different combination of fruits, such as crushed pineapple, bananas, fruit cocktail. May also use miniature marshmallows.

2 packages (3 ounces each) Jello brand Americana tapicoa pudding
1 package (3 ounces) orange jello
1/2 cup orange juice
2-1/2 cups hot water
2 cups Cool Whip topping
3 cans (11 ounces each) Mandarin oranges

Mix tapioca puddings, jello, water and orange juice together. Cook until thick. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir in oranges. Refrigerate.
