1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
4 egg yolks
10 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
5 teaspoons prepared mustard
20 thin slices bacon
2 cups fine bread crumbs
Beat brown sugar, egg yolks, Worchestershire sauce and mustard until well blended. Dip bacon in mixture and roll in crumbs. Place bacon on a broiler pan. Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven 20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Yield 20 slices bacon.
