8-10 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
Milk to taste
Add cream cheese, onion and sour cream to mashed potatoes. Beat and add milk to taste. Pour in buttered baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until light brown. Makes 8 servings.
