Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

3 cans (16 ounces each French cut green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Drain beans well. Put in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, garlic salt and hot sauce. Stir until well blended. Pour the mixture over the beans and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour the butter evenly over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
