2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 can (16 ounces) salted peanuts
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet cook the oil, garlic and pepper flakes over medium heat one minute. Remove from heat. Add peanuts. Stir until blended well. Pour mixture on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chili powder and paprika. Stir well. Allow to cool completely before storing.
