Cajun Pot Roast

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon dried Cajun seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14-ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over roast and rub to coat well. Place in 4-6 quart slow cooker. Top with onion. In small bowl, combine tomatoes with juice, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Pour over vegetables and roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Serves 6.
