Ingredients

2 cups diced and peeled apples (approximately 3 medium apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1-3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in 9x13-inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
