1 Dozen Eggs
1 Pound Powder Sugar
1 Pound Granulated Sugar
Cream of Tarter

Separate yolks from whites of eggs. Beat the whites and add
1 pound powder sugar and a pinch of cream of tarter. Beat this
mixture vigorously. Next, beat egg yolks in a separate bowl, until
a lemon color. Add 1 pound granulated sugar to the yolk mixture
and beat until stiff. Fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture.
Refrigerate.
