Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients

2 pounds round steak, sliced thin
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 bell peppers, sliced thin
2 cups mushrooms
2 onions, sliced thinly

Instructions

Place all ingredients except mushrooms in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Add mushrooms the last 2 hours. You can serve over rice or noodles or serve on buns with mozzarella cheese as a Philly cheese steak.
