Sloppy Joes

This recipe is even better after refrigerated overnight. It also freezes well.

1 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 tespoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Hamburger buns

In frying pan cook and crumble the ground beef with the onion until no longer pink. Mix water, catsup, mustard, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar in small bowl, using a whisk. When meat is done, stir in sauce. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve on buns.
