Ruth's "Special" Hamburgers

The taste is "out of this world." Another family favorite.

1 to 2 pounds hamburger
1 can sliced pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons mustard

Form hamburgers into flat patties. Place a slice of pineapple on top of each patty. Place another patty on top and seal pineapple inside. Broil until hamburger is done. Simmer brown sugar, catsup and mustard over low heat until well blended. Spread over hamburgers when finished.
