White Chocolate Coins

1 package (1-1/2 pounds)vanilla almond bark
1 box (9.5 ounces) Ritz Bits peanut butter cracker sandwiches

Using a double boiler, melt squares of bark until smooth. Dip each cracker in the chocolate mixture. Let drip and then place on wax paper to harden.
At Christmas, sprinkle a little green or red sugar on some.
