Ingredients

5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups cooked rice, warm
1 cup condensed milk, warm
4 cups milk, warm
Cinnamon and sugar, if desired

Instructions

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add warm rice and warm milks. Bake at 350 degrees in 2- or 3-quart casserole for 1 hour or until knife blade comes out clean. Cinnamon and sugar can be added on top before baking.
