Spinach Casserole

1 package (12 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup packaged stuffing mix

Mix spinach with 1/4 cup stuffing mix and the rest of the ingredients. Combine and place in casserole dish. Top with 3/4 cup remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
