Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

3 tablespoons celery, chopped
1 box (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli or fresh broccoli, steamed
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons well chopped onion
1 cup mild shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup cooked minute rice

Instructions

Saute celery and onions in butter. Drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients. Put in 8x11x2-inch pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
