I use less than 2 tubes of crackers.

2 cans (14 ounces) pineapple tidbits, semi-drained
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 to 3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 tubes of Ritz Crackers
1 stick margarine or butter (I use less)

Mix first 4 ingredients together and place in a lightly greased 1-1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Cruch Ritz Crackers and put on top. Pour margarine over all. Bake uncovered approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Recipe may be cut in half or doubled.
