Delectable Chutney-Bacon Brie

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) mini Brie
1/2 cup chutney
3 slices bacon
Unsalted crakers or apple and pear wedges

Instructions

Fry bacon until done and crumble. Set aside. Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting to within 1/2-inch of outside edges. Place cheese on microwave safe dish and spread chutney over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Microwave, uncovered, 1-1/2 minutes or until the Brie softens to desired consistency. Serve with unsalted crackers or apple and pear wedges. This can be decorated with fresh, pesticide-free flowers.
