Chocolate cheese fudge

Freezes well. If butter comes to surface, pat with paper towel. Very rich and good.

Ingredients

1 pound processed cheese
1 pound real butter
1 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 pounds powdered sugar

Instructions

Melt cheese and butter in microwave or on stove on low heat. Stir remaining ingredients well with mixter; pat into a buttered jelly roll pan. Cool until set. Makes 6 pounds.
