Hamburger Stew

We used to serve this in our restaurant and it went over BIG. More ingredients may be added, such as mushrooms.

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger
1/3 cup onion (or to your liking)
2 cans (15 ounces each) Veg-All vegetables, undrained
1 can (12 ounces) tomato juice

Instructions

Fry hamburger and add onion. Cook vegetables. When both are done, add drained hamburger to vegetables and add tomato juice. Cook and stir 10 minutes or until at a rolling boil. Let set a few minutes and enjoy. Best served with crackers and butter.
