Banana-Yam Casserole

1 can (18 ounces) sweet potatoes or yams, drained
3 medium-size bananas
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Slice sweet potatoes and bananas and place in the prepared casserole. Mix orange juice, lemon juice, salt and cinnamon. Pour over the sweet potatoes and banana mixture and toss well to coat. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and dot with butter. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
