Onion Supper Soup

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 (1-1/4-ounces) envelopes onion soup mix
5 cups water
1 cup red wine
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Brown ground beef in soup pot; drain grease. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the ground beef. Add water; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add wine and heat through. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
