French-Fried Onion Chicken

Ingredients

6 ounces French's French Fried Onions, crushed
3 to 4 skinless chicken breasts
Yellow mustard

Instructions

Rub yellow mustard on both sides of chicken breasts. This will keep the chicken moist while cooking. Press French Fried onions onto both sides of chicken. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on size of chicken breasts. Onions will turn dark as the dish is close to being done.
