Ham Balls

2 pounds ground ham
1 pound lean ground pork
2 pounds ground beef
2 cups cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 cans (8-ounce) tomato sauce
6 tablespoons venegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 cups brown sugar

In a bowl, combine meat, cracker crumbs, onions, celery, salt, pepper, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls. Place in large baking pan.
To prepare sauce, combine tomato sauce, vinegar, dry mustard and brown sugar. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 60 meatballs.
