Poppy Seed Chicken

4 cups cooked, cubed chicken breasts
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
25 Ritz crackers, crushed
4 ounces (1/2 cup) melted butter

Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix chicken, soups, sour cream and poppy seeds. Pour into pan. Melt butter and toss with crushed crackers and sliced almonds. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
