Mushroom Balls or Patties

1 large can mushrooms (or 2 small cans)
1 package of saltines, crushed
1 egg
1 can (about 15 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, fat free or regular
Oil for frying

Mix all together and form into patties or balls. Cook until brown in oil.
